Sadly today, 17 years ago, my only sibling, my sister, Connie, passed away. So this morning reading my emails and feeling down I saw the SYJ heart to heart blog and your lovely poem. What better way to lift my spirits than to go to yoga class today. And so to my delight you read the poem to start the class – my gift to myself today was to take a class with the sweetest, hard-core teacher – thanks from your most grateful student xo
